Smoking is allowed on the terrace and the balconies but is prohibited by law within the hotel. 

Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome. Cost € 40.00 per night (not incl. food). Upon request, we will gladly organize a dog sitter. 

At check-in, you will receive an access code for the Internet. WLAN is available for free throughout the hotel. 

All of our bedding is allergy friendly.

Yes, the MalisGarten - Green Spa Hotel has a luggage storage room. 

We will be happy to organize flowers as a gift. Our reception team will be happy to help you anytime. We charge a service fee of € 10.

Yes, MalisGarten has a well-equipped fitness room. Our fitness room & studio (exercise room on the 1st floor) are open daily 24 hours. Use at your own risk! Equipment is from the Matrix Fitness company and includes: function trainer, treadmill, rowing machine, ergonomic bikes, rings, wall bars, elliptical trainer, and Smith machine.

A Catholic service is held every Sunday at 8:30 am and 7:00 pm in the parish church in Zell am Ziller. (Subject to change!) Our team at the reception desk will gladly inform you of additional services.

We will be happy to provide you with a charger for your mobile phone for free during your stay. Chargers are available at the reception desk.

Yes, MalisGarten – Green Spa Hotel is a strictly adults-only hotel.

Your deposit will be fully credited to the hotel bill.
We politely request that you pay your bill during your stay, or transfer the full amount to our bank account prior to arrival. If you live within the EU, there is no charge for bank transfers. And of course, the amount of your deposit will be deducted from your final hotel bill. For payments from Switzerland, you can transfer to our Swiss bank account.
We gladly accept your credit card (Bancomat, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, V-Pay)

Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
From the reservation confirmation up to 31 days prior to your arrival date: 30 % of the total amount is retained as a cancellation fee
30 to 8 prior to your arrival date: 80 % of the total amount
Less than 7 days prior to your arrival date or early departure: 100% of the total amount

You can pay your deposit by bank transfer. 

Your room is available for check-in starting at 3:00 pm. You can also book an early check-in (subject to availabilty) for 35 per person

All amenities in the hotel are available for free as soon as you check in. If you would like to use the spa prior to check-in, we charge 35 per person.

On departure day, you can stay in your room until 11:00 am. Would you like to stay longer? No problem! You can book a late check-out (subject to availabilty) for 35 per person.

We will gladly organize a shuttle to the airport. We ask that you make a booking in advance at the reception desk.

Coming from Switzerland: Autobahn A12 towards Salzburg – ZILLERTAL exit
Coming from Germany: A 8 MÜNCHEN Richtung Innsbruck – ZILLERTAL exit
After 20 km, turn at the "Zell Nord" exit - continue 800 m to MalisGarten.

Yes, we offer a shuttle service. We ask that you make a booking in advance at the reception desk.

There are 3 doctors in Zell am Ziller. The nearest doctor's office is only 2 minutes from the hotel. 

A pharmacy is located only 200 m away.

The Zillertal Arena is only 2 minutes by car (1.3 km) from MalisGarten. You can reach it by car or ski bus, which stops directly across from MalisGarten.

As a guest in the ZillerSeasons, you can take advantage of a 10% discount at Intersport Strasser. You can visit the sports shop right across from MalisGarten or in the building of the Zillertal Arena. You can reserve your ski equipment online.

Yes, in Hainzenberg only 9 minutes away by car is Austria's longest floodlit toboggan run.

When there is sufficient snow, yes. Access to the cross-country trail is only a few minutes from MalisGarten.

Yes, you can rent a mountain bike or city bike for free on-site.

At Intersport Strasser at the valley station of the Zillertal Arena, you have the possibility to rent e-bikes in different sizes. Alternatively, you can inquire at our partner Green Room in Mayrhofen, the e-bikes are delivered directly to the hotel. We recommend to reserve your desired e-bike in advance.

Yes, the 18-hole Golfclub Zillertal in Uderns is only 12 km away. As our guest, you can enjoy a discount which you will receive right at the golf course. You also have the option to purchase the Golf Tirol Card.

Yes, here at MalisGarten - Green Spa Hotel our guests can enjoy a colorful array of activities with a weekly program and hiking program.

Yes, guided hikes are offered. Our certified mountain guide will take you to all the hiking hot spots and show you unique natural spectacles and viewing points with special features!

Breakfast is offered daily in MalisGarten from 7:15 am to 11:00 am. 

Do you have to leave earlier? Then we look forward to spoiling you with a packed lunch. You are welcome to pick this up at reception on the evening before your departure by 9 p.m. A small late riser's breakfast is offered from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

In the Restaurant Wilde Kräuterküche you can have lunch à la carte from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., after that you have a small selection at the Eden Bar and Patisserie. In our sister hotel DasPosthotel you can enjoy a day menu at the restaurant DieMarie from 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The opening times of the ZillerSeasons restaurants in the evening are from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. (Subject to change!)
