Regional & sustainable

The forests and orchards of the Zillertal provide us with cranberries, lingonberries, raspberries, plums, Jerusalem artichokes, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles and aromatic spruce shoots.

In our garden, fragrant herbs and sun-ripened apples thrive, which are freshly gathered and picked. Game from our own hunt in the Wildgerlostal valley and honey from our own bees complement this special connection with nature.
