Our culinary artists know how to create excellent dishes, and to do this, they rely on regional products and seasonal specialties. The wild herbs in our garden are simply the best and most natural flavor enhancers! Our art is to ideally combine epicurean pleasures and health - even the true masters of past times knew that exquisite food brings mind and body into harmony.  

We celebrate enjoyment. That's why rituals of enjoyment are so important. For example, MalisGarten inspires you daily with a special tea ceremony. The variety of tastes and the relaxation it brings are the master of ceremonies. Every afternoon, we take time to blend teas to create surprising aromas and manifold effects. 

For us, rest doesn't mean standing still but looking inward.

Regional & sustainable

The Zillertal forests and orchards delight us with cowberries, cranberries, raspberries, plums, Jerusalem artichokes, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, and spruce shoots. 

Our wonderful garden has herbs and apples ready for picking and gathering, and the bees at MalisGarten provide us with honey.
