The full power of herbs blossoms in MalisGarten in a culinary sense, and the variety of our dishes is just as impressive: we use high-quality, regional food and create traditional, local dishes that are tried and true. We also surprise guests with specialties from all over the world and refine them with fascinating nuances. Our chefs and service team are curious and always create fresh, premium culinary treats that will delight you!
With MalisGarten's wild herb cuisine, our hotel guests get a special taste: herbs are full of pure intensity. They stimulate the metabolism, strengthen the body, and raise the spirits. Our restaurant is open to everyone: whether hotel guests, vacationers in the region, locals, or those simply passing through - everyone looking for hearty cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere will find it here.
The pine lounge, which is more than 100 years old, provides a worthy ambiance for the restaurant in MalisGarten, which was awarded with two forks, two stars, and one toque. In the Heleni, the innovative kitchen team combines local, organic products and dishes with French style elements. The result is bold, refined gourmet cuisine that tastes different depending on the season.
The kitchen crew completely coordinates the menu with nature and seasonal products. These culinary delights are then topped off with wine individually recommended by the sommelier.
The Eden bar and patisserie combines fine wines with special sensory taste experiences based on local herbs, plants, and types of grain.
The patisserie creates heavenly sweet delights - and of course, the individually tailored tea ceremony for each guest is a special herb experience. The lovingly designed cigar lounge is also a special treat.
We celebrate enjoyment. That's why rituals of enjoyment are so important. For example, MalisGarten inspires you daily with a special tea ceremony. The variety of tastes and the relaxation it brings are the master of ceremonies. Every afternoon, we take time to blend teas to create surprising aromas and manifold effects.
For us, rest doesn't mean standing still but looking inward.
