Restaurant HeLeni

The pine lounge, which is more than 100 years old, provides a worthy ambiance for the restaurant in MalisGarten, which was awarded with two forks, two stars, and one toque. In the Heleni, the innovative kitchen team combines local, organic products and dishes with French style elements. The result is bold, refined gourmet cuisine that tastes different depending on the season. 

The kitchen crew completely coordinates the menu with nature and seasonal products. These culinary delights are then topped off with wine individually recommended by the sommelier.

Eden

The Eden bar and patisserie combines fine wines with special sensory taste experiences based on local herbs, plants, and types of grain. 

The patisserie creates heavenly sweet delights - and of course, the individually tailored tea ceremony for each guest is a special herb experience. The lovingly designed cigar lounge is also a special treat.   

We celebrate enjoyment. That's why rituals of enjoyment are so important. For example, MalisGarten inspires you daily with a special tea ceremony. The variety of tastes and the relaxation it brings are the master of ceremonies. Every afternoon, we take time to blend teas to create surprising aromas and manifold effects. 

For us, rest doesn't mean standing still but looking inward. 

Our products are completely fresh

Regional & sustainable

The Zillertal forests and orchards delight us with cowberries, cranberries, raspberries, plums, Jerusalem artichokes, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, and spruce shoots. 

Our wonderful garden has herbs and apples ready for picking and gathering, and the bees at MalisGarten provide us with honey.
