Microneedling is a gentle method of skin tightening that is performed using a needling pen. The superficially anaesthetized skin is treated with light pressure, creating micro-injuries.

These trigger wound healing and stimulate cell division and the formation of new collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. The result is visibly firmer skin that smoothes wrinkles and makes the complexion appear more even.

Serums with valuable active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid or plant-based skin stimulants can penetrate deeper into the skin via the small puncture channels created by micro-needling and thus develop their full effect. In addition to the skin-tightening anti-ageing effect, micro-needling reduces superficial skin discoloration and red veins. Thin, sallow skin is firmed through stimulation and sagging chin areas can also be effectively counteracted. Bags under the eyes, dark circles and blemishes can be visibly reduced.
